I’ve always understood structure. Before I worked with bodies, I worked with steel — welding, diving, and building in high-pressure environments where stability, precision, and systems mattered. That same mindset eventually shaped how I approached movement, rehabilitation, and rebuilding the human body.

If you’re unsure, begin with Foundation: Rebuild — especially if you’ve had injury, inconsistency, or time away from structured movement. If you already feel stable and strong but want strength + real-world capacity, Integration may be appropriate. Ascension is designed for those ready to move beyond recovery into life expression.
What do you mean by "training for life?

Can I still train with you if I have a pre-existing injury or condition?
Yes — this is exactly where my work began. We start where you are. We respect your current capacity while intelligently building resilience around it.
