Is this for beginners?
This is for people ready to rebuild intelligently. You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need to be pain-free. You do need to be willing to engage.
How do I choose which phase to start in?
If you’re unsure, begin with Foundation: Rebuild — especially if you’ve had injury, inconsistency, or time away from structured movement. If you already feel stable and strong but want strength + real-world capacity, Integration may be appropriate. Ascension is designed for those ready to move beyond recovery into life expression.
What do you mean by "training for life?
It means your workouts serve your real world. We’re not training for mirrors or numbers. We’re building strength and mobility that transfer to: • Carrying groceries • Lifting your kids • Hiking • Climbing • Working long days without pain The goal isn’t just a good session. It’s a capable body.
Can I still train with you if I have a pre-existing injury or condition?
Yes — this is exactly where my work began. We start where you are. We respect your current capacity while intelligently building resilience around it. You will never be treated as fragile — only strategic. With your permission, I’m happy to collaborate with your physician or physiotherapist so your support team is aligned.
